Itinerary

This great alternative tour will begin at 7:00 a.m. when we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco city to travel by our touristic transportation for 2 hours until reaching one of the best villages for tourism worldwide, Ollantaytambo.
We will make a brief stop in this historic town to do some shopping for the rest of the day. As well, you will have a few minutes to take some pictures in the middle of the stone streets.
Then, we will keep traveling for 30 minutes through a dirt road to Socma hamlet, the starting point of our hike. Before beginning the hike, our tour guide will give you some indications to avoid accidents or delays.
After walking for 1 hour and 30 minutes through a steep trail, we will arrive at the enigmatic Inca site of Raqaypata. Composed of semi-rounded Andean terraces, houses, grain storages and an interesting huaca (sacred stone); although the most surprising feature is the panoramic view that this place boasts.

Later, we will hike downhill towards the Perolniyoc waterfall, where we will have free time to rest and enjoy the fresh water that this wonder of nature possesses. If you want you could enter and relax in this source of pure water.
