This Code is a formal declaration that establishes the standards of conduct for all employees of
New Experience Tour, with the firm purpose of protecting children and adolescents from any form of
sexual exploitation and human trafficking associated with travel and tourism.

At New Experience Tour, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to safeguarding childhood and
adolescence from Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA), especially within the tourism industry.
We recognize that this crime is a grave violation of human rights and therefore declare a
zero-tolerance policy against these abusive practices.

Legal Framework in Peru

• Criminal Code of Peru — establishes sanctions and prison sentences for the sexual abuse of minors.
• Code of Conduct against ESNNA in Travel and Tourism Agencies — a sector-wide commitment to prevent, detect, and report cases of exploitation.
