Payment Policies

New Experience Tour is a travel agency and tour operator offering services to both end customers
and national or international travel agencies. We provide different payment options tailored to each client’s needs.

1. Cash Payments

Cash payments are accepted in person at our office, in Peruvian Soles (S/.) or US Dollars (US$), depending on the
price and currency of the selected service.

Note: We do not accept counterfeit bills or coins. In such cases, we will act in accordance with the law.

2. Bank Transfers and Deposits

Payments via bank transfer or deposit must be validated by sending proof of payment to our email or to your travel
advisor. Our banking details will be provided during the reservation process.

3. Payment Links via Niubiz or Izipay

You can request a payment link from your travel advisor. Complete your personal details, enter your card information,
and confirm the payment. A confirmation will be sent to our registered email once completed.

Accepted cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS CLUB.

4. In-office POS Card Payments

You may also request to pay with your card directly at our office. Place your card on the POS terminal, enter your PIN
or provide a signature if required. The receipt will be sent via SMS to your mobile phone.
