Terms and Conditions

Welcome to New Experience Tour. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations and Payments

  • To confirm a reservation, a deposit of 40% of the total cost of the trip is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid one day before your arrival or on the first day of your arrival in Lima or Cusco.
  • If the reservation is made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • The reservation will not be considered confirmed until the deposit payment is received.
  • New Experience Tour reserves the right to cancel your reservation if payment is not completed within the indicated deadlines.
  • For full-day tours (except Machu Picchu), full payment of the tour will be required.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank transfers
  • Credit or debit card payments (all cards accepted)
  • PayPal (with an additional 5% transaction fee)
  • Cash payments (at the Cusco office or designated location)

Accepted Currencies

Payment can be made in local currency (Soles – PEN) or in US Dollars (USD).

Modification Policy

  • Date modification: Changes can be made up to 15 days before the start date of the tour, subject to availability. The client will be responsible for additional costs incurred by the modification (transportation, accommodation, etc.).
  • Itinerary modification: Any changes after the reservation confirmation will be subject to availability and possible extra charges.
  • Note: For tourist packages, the date of the Machu Picchu visit cannot be changed since tickets are non-transferable and cannot be modified.

Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Tours of 1 day or more (except Machu Picchu):
    • Cancellations up to 48 hours before: 25% penalty + 6% payment gateway fee.
    • Cancellations up to 24 hours before: 50% penalty + 6%.
    • Last minute (12 hours prior): 100% penalty.
  2. Tours to Machu Picchu:
    • Cancellations up to 7 days before: 50% penalty + 6%.
    • Train, entrance, and bus tickets are non-refundable.
    • Cancellations within 7 days: 100% penalty.
  3. In case of Strikes or Protests:
    • Cancellations up to 5 days before: 10% penalty.
    • Refunds processed within up to 45 business days, depending on provider timelines.

Refunds (except in cases of strikes or protests) are made within 7 to 30 business days, via bank transfer or PayPal. Transaction fees are assumed by the customer.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing all required travel documents such as passports, visas, travel insurance,
and health certificates. New Experience Tour will not be responsible for the denial of services due to the absence of these documents.
